Physical Therapy in Motion is committed to providing individualized and compassionate therapy services. We strive to assist patients in reaching the highest degree of personal independence possible. This is accomplished through a team and community-based approach of helping individuals maximize their abilities in their home, community, recreational, and working environments. We work closely with our clients and referral sources to evaluate functional needs and create individualized therapy programs.
Established in 1992, Physical Therapy in Motion is locally owned and independently operated by Therapists. Our staff has experience in treating a multitude of conditions and delivering a variety of services. We feel privileged to have the opportunity
to provide therapy services to the Billings community and surrounding areas.
Laura Winkler PT, DPT, Cert. DN
After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Human Development at Montana State University in Bozeman, Laura went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at Eastern Washington University. Laura is interested in all areas of orthopedic rehabilitation, with a focus on dysfunction of the spine and lower extremities. In her clinical experience, Laura has cared for both adult and pediatric patients. She enjoys helping people get back to doing what they love whether it is in the mountains, out on the trails, or being active in the community. Outside of the clinic, Laura enjoys being up in the mountains hiking, camping, fly fishing, and biking.
Megan Reinke PTA, STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor
Megan Reinke was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska where she graduated from the University of Nebraska with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science. In 2017 she graduated from Clarkson College in Omaha, NE and became a board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant. Megan is currently working towards her Doctorate in physical therapy at University of Saint Augustine and is set to graduate in 2023. She is also a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor and has worked with a large variety of clientele from the geriatric population to Division 1 collegiate athletes. Megan specializes in Matwork and Reformer Pilates which both provide personalized programs to strengthen weakened muscles, improve function, and prevent future injuries. She has found the use of STOTT PILATES in a physical therapy setting to be most beneficial to her patients and clients to help them recover from an injury and continue their journey back to great health and wellness. In her free time Megan enjoys kayaking, skiing, and camping with her husband and chocolate lab puppy. Whether it is through the care of physical therapy or workouts on the Pilates Reformer, Megan wants to get you back to doing the activities that you love.
Trenna Nearpass PT, DPT, Cert DN
Trenna received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Human Development at Montana State University in Bozeman. She then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. She has developed a passion for orthopedic and neuro rehabilitation and enjoys assisting others return to their optimal physical functioning. Her goal is to educate others on the importance of movement strategies to improve quality of life. During her free time, Trenna enjoys spending time with her husband and two young kiddos.
Lacey Steinbeisser PT, DPT, Cert. DN
Lacey was born and raised in Sidney, MT. She received her Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance at Montana State University Bozeman then went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Montana in Missoula. She spent a year in Spokane working at an outpatient therapy clinic before Montana called her back and she moved to Billings to be closer to family. She is interested in all aspects of orthopedic rehabilitation and is particularly passionate about women’s health and vestibular therapy. She enjoys treating patients across the lifespan, helping them to reach their specific goals and promoting improved quality of life and participation in recreational activities. Outside of the clinic she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
Seth Hosking, PT, DPT, Cert. DN
Seth was raised in Riverton, WY where he first discovered his love for physical therapy after tearing his ACL playing high school football. Seth’s undergraduate education lead him the Laramie Wyoming where he later received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology from the University of Wyoming. Go Pokes! He then attended and graduated from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota with his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. Seth is interested in all aspects of orthopedic rehabilitation, enjoys working with athletes as they return to play, and helping his patients achieve the best quality of life. During his free time, outside of the clinic, Seth enjoys spending time with his friends and family, going to sporting events, and traveling.
Sarah Webb PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. DN
Sarah was born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming. She then received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology at Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at Regis University in Denver. Sarah recently completed her certification in orthopedics and is now a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Sarah is interested in orthopedic rehabilitation, especially manual therapy including dry needling. Sarah is also very interested in pain science. Sarah enjoys educating people about their bodies to help them achieve their highest potential and return to doing the things they love.
Sarah’s husband, Mike, is a high school teacher. Sarah has one daughter, Peyton. Together they love to spend time outdoors camping, spending time on the lake, and in the mountains. They also enjoy spending time with their cat, Hercules, and their german shorthair pointer, Apollo.
Cameron McMillan PT, DPT, Cert. DN
Cameron grew up in Spokane, WA He moved to Tacoma after high school and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at Pacific Lutheran University. While there, Cameron played football and he met his future wife, Megan. Cameron went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Washington in Seattle. He is interested in treating orthopedic conditions that cause pain and dysfunction with a manual therapy approach and believes in helping people move better and function at the highest possible level. Cameron is also interested in strength training and helping athletes return from injury and play at their full potential.
Cameron’s wife Megan is a physician and a Billings native. They love spending their time in the great outdoors taking advantage of all that Montana has to offer and going on many adventures with each other and their corgi, Luna.
Abigail Dunning PT, DPT
Abby was born and raised in Florence, MT. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana after attending Carroll College for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science. Abby has experience treating adult and pediatric populations with many orthopedic and neurologic conditions and enjoys treating patients throughout the lifespan. She has developed a passion for pelvic health and has received advanced training in women’s health and pediatric pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Her goal is to educate and train her patients to achieve optimal body mechanics and movement strategies to reach their specific goals and achieve their best quality of life. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and spending time at the lake.
Chad Uffelman PT, DPT
Chad received his Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance at Montana State University Bozeman, then went on to get an Associates as a Physical Therapist Assistant from MSU-College of Technology in Great Falls. He worked 5 years as a PTA at the hospital in his hometown of Hardin, before deciding to return to school. Chad went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Campbell University in North Carolina. After welcoming their daughter, Olivia, in March of 2020, Chad and his wife Stephanie decided to move back to Montana to be closer to family.
Chad is interested in orthopedic rehab, with a focus on manual therapy. He enjoys building an alliance with his patients and takes pride in helping them live their best life. Outside of the clinic he enjoys golfing, wake surfing, hiking, camping, and spending time with his friends and family.
Riley Ogden, PTA
Riley was born and raised in North Liberty, Iowa, where she graduated from Kirkwood Community College with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Shortly after becoming licensed, Riley decided to move to Montana due to her love for the great outdoors. As a former college athlete, she had personal experience with physical therapy to recover from various sports injuries that led her to choose this career path. Riley has a passion for treating orthopedic conditions and the use of manual therapy to help her patients achieve their highest level of function. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Montana, taking her dog on hikes, and hanging out with friends and family.
