What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

For your first appointment, please bring your drivers license, your insurance card, a list of your current medications, and completed paperwork that you received prior to your appointment.

Do you perform pre-work screens and job site analysis?

Yes. We currently use the Isenhagen method of management and prevention of work injuries to provide pre-work screens and job site analysis for several local, regional, and national companies.

What times are available to make my appointment?

We have many appointment times to fit your schedule.  We are open Monday through Friday and start seeing patients as early as 7:00 A.M.  We can see patients over the lunch hour and have our last appointment scheduled for 5:30 P.M.  Give us a call and we can usually schedule you within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept most major insurance companies and we strive to be in network whenever possible.  Some of our major accepted insurance companies include private insurance, Medicare, BlueCross BlueShield, Veteran Administration, United Healthcare, Medicaid, and most workmen’s compensation companies.  Give us a call! We are happy to assist you in answering your health insurance questions.

May I make a Physical Therapy appointment for my child?

Absolutely!  We provide treatment services for Pediatric Therapy and work closely with your Physician, schools, and early childhood intervention programs.  Our therapists have over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages.

How often do I need to come for therapy?

Your Physical Therapist and you will develop a treatment plan to meet your individual needs. Usually this consists of 2 to 3 visits per week depending on your condition.

Who will I see when I come for treatment?

Our professional, caring, licensed staff will personalize an individual session to meet your therapy needs each time you visit.

What will my therapy cost and do you bill my insurance?

It is our policy to bill your insurance carrier as a courtesy to you.  Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment possible, and we charge what is reasonable and customary for our area.
