What is dry needling?

Dry needling is a minimally invasive technique used to treat muscles, ligaments, tendons, subcutaneous fascia, scar tissue, peripheral nerves, and chronic pain syndromes. The therapist will insert a thin, solid needle into dysfunctional tissue contributing to pain or dysfunction to aid with tissue healing.
